Day 21 - Final Day in Spain Then Onto Italy

My final day in Spain was uneventful until I found the black and white feature on my camera.  My flight from Barcelona to Milan was at 9pm so I was planning to spend my day relaxing at a small street side cafe.  However, once I found this new artsy tool I was inspired to explore the various shops, markets and streets to find fun things to snap dramatic B&W photos of.  Here are the ones I thought came out the best.

Then I started getting fancy and doing shots in black and white as well as color so I could compare them.

As much fun as I was having pretending to know about photography with my $100 Canon pocket camera, I eventually had to head to the airport to catch my flight.  It was time to say adios to Spain and bonjourno to Italy.

Cheap and reliable easyjet.

Ciao!

I landed around 11pm and got to the hotel around midnight and I was hungry. Fortunately in Italy there is always a pizza place close by that is open.

Getting my grub on.

Finito! It was a simple but very delicious Margherita pizza. Good start to my Italy visit.

One more artsy pick from the streets of Milan...

For my first day (Friday) in Milan I'll be seeing the sites - Milan Cathedral, the Last Supper, and whatever else pops up.  Saturday is game day - AC Milan v. Atalanta.  It feels like it's been awhile since this "Soccer Excursion" has featured any soccer, so it'll be nice to get back on track.
